Terms of Service

Welcome to Scootie. By downloading, installing, or using the Scootie mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old to use our services, per the Greek Road Traffic Code. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and hold a valid identification document.

2. Safety

You are responsible for operating the scooter safely and following local traffic laws at all times. You must wear a helmet while riding. You agree not to ride under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance impairing your ability to operate the scooter.

3. Parking

You must park only in designated parking zones shown on the in-app map. Parking outside these zones may result in additional fees or fines.

4. Liability

You accept responsibility for any damage caused during your ride, including damage to the scooter, third-party property, or other persons. Scootie is not liable for injuries sustained while using the service except to the extent required by Greek law.

5. Payments

Scootie may charge your wallet for ride fees, damages, late returns, or fines. Prices are shown inside the app before each ride. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

6. Location Data

Your location data is collected during rides for safety, billing, and service-improvement purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraud, or behaviour that endangers other users or the public.
